Join us at an upcoming Community Working Group meeting! The OUR FLORIDA REEFS community planning process is moving along and you are encouraged to participate.

There are two community working groups that meet once a month - a North Group representing Martin and Palm Beach Counties and a South Group representing Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Each group holds separate, day-long meetings from 9am – 5pm, and you are invited to attend one or both of them. You can view educational presentations on the coral reefs and other marine resources of Southeast Florida, and later observe as working group members develop management recommendations that will establish a more effective balance between the use and protection of Southeast Florida’s coral reefs. PLUS, you’ll be able to meet with your stakeholder representative and make your voice heard in the decision-making process.

HELP SPREAD THE WORD! Please encourage your friends and family to attend community working group meetings. Whether you’re a diver, fisher, or an occasional beachgoer, we want you to have a say in the future of OUR FLORIDA REEFS.
